1. Can I hoover my lawn?
We do not recommend hoovering your turf as it will remove the sand infill, causing your lawn to go flat. Use a brush or a rake to remove any leaves or debris.
2. Is artificial grass maintenance free?
Artificial grass is not maintenance free but requires considerably less maintenance than a natural lawn.
3. Can I install Supreme Turf around my pool?
Yes, Supreme Turf landscape grass looks perfect poolside.
4. Is artificial grass static?
Just like many materials, artificial grass can become static. Does it sometimes feel like your clothes are being pulled towards the artificial turf when you’re lying on it? Or perhaps you even feel a small shock? This is because artificial grass can become static. It is a natural phenomenon which can be easily resolved. When artificial grass is statically charged, most of the time it helps to moisten it. Simply spraying some water will discharge the artificial turf. A way to avoid static charge could be by using an antistatic product that you can buy at a local DIY shop.
5. Why is infill important?
Once the grass has been installed, it should then be in-filled with the correct specification and quantity of sand. The infill is important because it provides weight to the carpet and provides support to the grass fibres thereby improving performance in wear and visual appearance of the lawn.
6. What goes underneath the grass?
The synthetic grass must be laid on a suitable base – often similar to a paving base. This is a constructed or prepared base which ensures the grass is laid flat and looks natural and great.
7. I want to install myself. Can I buy supply only?
Yes, you can buy supply only – grass and accessories.
8. Where can I purchase Supreme Turf?
Visit us at our warehouse or get in touch to have it delivered at your place.
9. Will the grass fade?
No. Our landscape grass comes with a seven-year UV guarantee. We use a proven, technologically advanced UV coating to ensure each blade of grass retains its colour, this coating is effective in all climates and is not affected by use.
10. Is the grass child and pet friendly?
Yes. Our grass is made from the highest quality yarns which have non-toxic properties. All coatings, backings, glue, etc. that we use in the production process are also non-toxic.
11. What is the cost of fully installed Supreme Turf grass at home?
Supreme Turf are unable to provide costs for installation as it entirely depends on the size and nature of the surface. Contact us and we can have one of our installers to provide you with a cost of having a Supreme Turf lawn installed.

2. Are samples available?
Yes. Please visit us at our warehouse to get a free small sample of the product so you can view the product before you buy it.
3. I do not know how much grass I need.
Please get in touch and one of installers can measure the area and provide you with detailed information.
3. Do delivery charges vary depending on where I live?
Yes, delivery charges may vary between postcodes and/or the service required. We will provide you with confirmed delivery costs when you place your order with us. Please contact us for rates and coverage information.
3. I have heard about health and environmental problems relating to synthetic grass. Are there any issues I should be concerned about?
There have been a lot of recent claims regarding the safety, health and environmental issues associated with synthetic grass. There are numerous reports from highly reputable independent sources which conclude that synthetic surfaces are safe and do not have a negative impact on humans or the environment. 3. What is Supreme Turf grass made from?
Supreme Turf’s synthetic grass is made from polyethylene and polypropylene. These materials are durable and UV stabilised. The polyethylene yarn is tufted into a polypropylene backing cloth and rubber back for maximum turf retention.
3. Can we have a surface which we roll out when we want it and then store it away when we don’t need it?
Yes, you can do pretty much whatever you want with your Supreme Turf grass. However, we recommend you infill and carry out maintenance on your lawn to get the most out of it. Rolling up and storing your grass may cause the pile to become flat and lines and creases may appear.
It also becomes more difficult to infill, as sand will need to be removed before it’s stored. Your Supreme Turf may not last as long and you won’t get the same result as when it’s laid permanently, infilled and maintained.
