Thank you for choosing Supreme Turf. We take pride in the quality of our products because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Furthermore, our Returns & Refund Policy remains fair and transparent to align with Australian Consumer Law. Since we possess 12 years of experience, we stand firmly by our products and this Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Change of Mind Returns & Refund Policy

Because we often cut our artificial grass to specific lengths from master rolls, we generally cannot accept “change of mind” returns once dispatch occurs. Therefore, we highly recommend that you order a free sample or visit us in person. You can find our experts at our locations in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, or Melbourne to view the synthetic grass before you buy.

In addition, we may accept returns for non-custom items like joining tape or pins within 14 days. However, you must ensure the items remain unused and in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply in these instances.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, our Returns & Refund Policy ensures a smooth resolution. To start this process, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us immediately: You should inspect your order upon delivery. Consequently, you must report any damage to admin@supremeturf.com.au within 48 hours.

  • Provide Evidence: Please send us photos of the damage along with your order number.

  • Resolution: If we confirm a fault, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Product Warranty

Every premium turf product comes with a 7-year warranty. This warranty covers UV stabilization and manufacturing integrity. However, this warranty, which supports our Returns & Refund Policy, does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation by third parties.

  • Damage from improper maintenance or harsh chemicals.

  • Normal wear and tear in high-traffic areas.

4. Refund Process

Once our warehouse receives and approves your return, our Returns & Refund Policy team processes your refund within 5–7 business days. We will issue the refund to your original payment method. Finally, please remember that we do not refund original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
